on our agents, tcp-dumps are allways empty.
Do we need some aditional components for that (WinPcap or something)?

There should be a winpcap installer that was part of the original agent directory and it should have been installed automatically but if that didn’t work or the installer wasn’t there you can install it manually on the test machine.
