Very slow from West Coast Tests

All of our tests running out of the West Coast are running super slow. We are seeing up to a 5 or 6 second increase in page load time over other parts of the country.

Open to all ideas/suggestions/feedback on how we might elimate this without moving our primary web servers to a data center closer to CA.

I was seeing the same super slow results from test sites in the north and east. Switched to Denver and Phoenix and getting more accurate results now. Wondering if internet hubs are just swamped or having issues.
