In my private WPT setup, I am getting Visual Complete Value = 0, due to the following.
Entire Black Screen in Filmstrip View: The filmstrip view is full of black but the final screenshot shows the intended page.
Filmstrip View and Watch Video Feature is unavailble: The Final screenshost shows the intended page
Test Data Missing: All the data is missing from the results page.

How can we fix/reduce occurrences of these issues?
