This post says that Visually Complete may get pushed back by ads/animations/etc. However, we have a case ( filmstrip ) where Visually Complete is reported at 5.7s but a “static” (non-animating) element appears at 6.6s ( frame link ). Do you know why this happens? (small enough to be ignored?)
