There were some IE8 compatibility issues with the original release that have since been fixed. This incorporates those fixes as well as recent changes to the portal:

There are 2 files available. The patch can be applied over an existing 1.4 site and will maintain any customizations and settings. The non-patch version is a full install.
Installation instructions are in a readme file in the release. 1.5 was an incremental build that was never released as a package (in case you’re wondering about the version jump).
