hosted ec2 instance Qs

If I create an ec2 instance using the WPT AMIs would I be able to browse to that servers dynamic IP & see a testing page like I do at http://www.webpagetest.org/?

I don’t have a physical win server to download wpt to see what it is vs just using webpagetest.org itself.

No, you need a separate web server to host the UI and test results. The AMI’s are just the test agents that can execute the browser tests - they need a central server where the UI will live and the test results will be stored/displayed.
