We have setup WebPageTest on a private instance. However, the URL was accessible outside the client’s network hence we have set inbound and outbound rules. Now the application is accessible with the the network but the test location, browser and connections are blank.
Could you please let us know which ports has to enabled between source and destination to view location, browser and connection information.
WebPageTest server and agent resides on the same virtual Linux machine in our case.
Note: By appending ?hidden=1 we are able to view location, browser and connection option but the test isn’t running. We are getting Waiting at the front of the queue… message,
