"The test completed but there were no successful results."

I am trying to use the browser-based webpagetest.org performance measurement tool. I use it mostly from two different computers, both of which are running on 64-bit Windows 7. I almost always use Chrome.

Most (but not all) of the time, I get this result instead of any useful data:

The test completed but there were no successful results.

Can anyone suggest something for me to change or fix in order for this not to happen most of the time?

Thanks!

The browser you are using doesn’t really matter. Is it always the same test location or URL you are testing? That error usually means there was a problem with the testing infrastructure itself (or a script problem if you were using a test script).

Thanks for taking time to reply. I appreciate your help!

It is almost always the same test “location” (city) that I’m using, Los Angeles. I’m not using a script. I happens from both my office in San Marcos, CA and my home in Oceanside, CA. It happens with one of three URLS that I check and it happens most of the time. The URLs are trustworthycare.com, eldersell.com, and carenetla.com.

Any other ideas about how to solve this? Thanks!
