We need to test the performance of a webpage on the browser in iOS device. Is this possible with WPT? If yes, could somebody please guide us in the right direction. Any help would be appreciated.

Yes, but they are only available in the US (Dulles, specifically). If you scroll to the top of the locations list there is a collection of iOS devices to select from.

Yes, but you need a Mac with XCode and a iOS developer account because you need to build the on-device agent yourself: iWptBrowser/walkthrough.md at master · WPO-Foundation/iWptBrowser · GitHub
